Internship & Volunteering


Volunteers and interns will be exposed to a number of duties required of a capital litigation office. Duties include gathering, reviewing and digesting client medical, legal and mental health records. They may also assist in the creation of genograms, timelines and people lists. Volunteers and interns may be asked to sort, categorize, copy and scan documents. All of the above is required to compile a comprehensive bio/psycho/social history of the client for use in a capital sentencing trial.
